Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd.

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that the company has been declared as the successful bidder under Tariff based competitive bidding to establish Inter-State transmission system for ‘Transmission System Strengthening for interconnections of Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III Complex’ on build, own operate and transfer (BOOT) basis. The Letter of Intent (LoI) has been received by the company on 1st August, 2024. The Project comprises 765kV D/C Transmission Line interconnecting Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III substations and associated bays extension works at these substations in the state of Rajasthan.
