Balasore Alloys has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013, have noted that, consequent upon retirement of S. M. Ali, Nominee Director from State Bank of India (SBI) service on superannuation; SBI has taken a conscious decision for cessation of his directorship from the Board of the company with effect from May 22, 2013.
