Chromatic India informs about Board meeting

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 29, 2013, regarding the announcement of appointment of Suresh Kundnani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, Chromatic India has now informed that in this regard the company has received a letter from Suresh Kundani, that he will not be able to join the company due to his personal reasons. Company is in process to appoint other candidate as Company secretary and Compliance officer of the company.
