Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, ASK Automotive has informed that basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company on August 7, 2024, approved the appointment of Shalender Singh Birla as Chief Executive Officer (Operations) - Aluminium Lightweighting Precision Solutions (ALPS) & Cable Division of the Company, forming part of the Senior Management of the Company, with effect from August 8, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
