NBCC (India) has secured work order worth around Rs 15,000 crore from Srinagar Development Authority for development of Satellite Township spread over 406 acres at Rakh-e-Gund Akshah, Bemina, Srinagar (J&K). The aforesaid work is in the normal course of business of the Company. 

Earlier, the company had bagged work order worth around Rs 50 crore from Ministry of External Affairs. The order is for construction of regional passport office in Srinagar, J&K. 

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
