With reference to letter dated 13th July, 2024 and in terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, UltraTech Cement has informed that the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 2 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure I attached based on information received from the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent on 10th August, 2024. For the remaining 12 shareholders, the duplicate procedure has been completed and upon completion of further requests, the letter of confirmation will be issued.
