Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing  Obligations  and  Disclosure  Requirements)  Regulations, 2015, HDFC Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received a GST Order on  August 12, 2024 from Deputy Commissioner (A) ?1, State Tax, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The relevant details pertaining to the said Order is provided in ‘Annexure A’. This Order will have no adverse material impact on the financial operations of the Company and the same shall be further contested by the Company by way of an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
