Sabero Organics Mexico S.A becomes subsidiary of Sabero Organics Gujarat

Sabero Organics Gujarat has remitted 50,000 Mexican Pesos (MXN) equivalents to $3903 towards subscription of 49,999 shares of 1 MXN each representing 99.998% of share capital of Sabero Organics Mexico S.A de C.V., a company incorporated in Mexico.

On account of aforesaid investment by the company, Sabero Organics Mexico S.A de C.V became subsidiary of the company with the effect from June 17, 2013.

Sabero Organics Gujarat (SABERO) was established in the year 1991 to manufacture specialty chemicals and intermediates for the crop protection business. Sabero then forward integrated in 1997 into manufacturing crop protection chemicals.
