Black Box has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on August 13, 2024 has fixed book closure from Thursday, September 19, 2024  to Wednesday,  September  25,  2024  for  the  purpose of 38th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday,  September 25, 2024. The Remote e?voting shall commence on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 9:00 am end on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 5:00 pm (IST). The record date/cut?off date for the purpose of the aforesaid AGM is Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
