HDFC Bank, Monitoring Agency, appointed to monitor the utilization of proceeds of the Initial Public Offer of the Company, and ii. ICRA, Monitoring Agency, appointed to monitor the utilization of proceeds of Qualified Institutional Placement of the Company.
