Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Angel One has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee had approved the appointment of Manmohan Singh as Group Chief Risk Officer of the Company, forming part of the Senior Management of the Company. Manmohan Singh has joined the Company with effect from today i.e., August 14, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is given in the enclosed Annexure A.
