ITC’s Chairman and Wholetime Director sells over 5.64 lakh shares of the company
Date: 25-06-2013FMCG major ITC’s - Chairman and Wholetime Director - Y.C. Deveshwar, has sold over 5.64 lakh shares of the company in the last 10 days in two transactions. Y.C. Deveshwar has sold four lakh shares at Rs 330.48 apiece on June 14, 2013, while on June 18, 2013 he sold over 1.64 lakh shares at Rs 329.97 per share.
Both the transactions were executed on the NSE and were worth over Rs 18.6 crore. Pursuant to sale, Y.C. Deveshwar still holds over 18.61 lakh shares in the company.
ITC, a diversified conglomerate has business interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agri-business, packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
