Bank Of Maharashtra has informed that in exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide notification no. eF. No. 4/2 (ii)/ 2024-BO.I dated 19th August, 2024 has notified that the Central Government has extended the term of office of Shri Asheesh Pandey, Executive Director of the Bank beyond his current notified term which expires on 30.12.2024 for a period of two years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
