FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on November 9, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs on Wednesday were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1702.20 crore against gross sell of Rs 1198.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 503.40 crore in equities on November 9, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 847.60 crore with gross sales of Rs 393.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 454.40 crore in debt on November 9, 2011.
