Bosch informs about appointment of CS cum CO

Bosch has informed that A. Vijay Shankar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will after over 20 years of service in the company retire at the close of office hours on June 30, 2013 upon attaining the age of superannuation. S. Karthik will succeed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (under the listing agreement) of the company with effect from July 01, 2013.
