SBI Life Insurance Company has informed that Dinesh Kumar Khara (DIN: 06737041) has demitted the office of Chairman of State Bank of India from the close of business of August 27, 2024 on account of his completion of term as the Chairman of the State Bank of India. Dinesh Kumar Khara has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive, Nominee Director of SBI Life Insurance Company Limited (Company), consequently he ceases to be the Chairman of the Company. Detailed information as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 in respect of aforesaid resignation are given in ‘Annexure A’ to this letter. The letter of resignation along with the reason for resignation is annexed as ‘Annexure B’.
