Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), Titan Company has informed that Bhaskar Bhat, ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Company, with effect from 29th August 2024, in line with the Tata Group Retirement Policy applicable for Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors upon attainment of age of 70 years. The details as required under SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is given in Annexure A to this letter.
