Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, Orient Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from August 30, 2024 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
