KFTL/LNT/2024/LODR-39(3)-234 dated 2nd September 2024 of the loss of share certificates as received by them from KFin Technologies, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, being submitted pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Regulations. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholders after completing required formalities.
