With reference to the intimation filed by the Company under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding outcome of Board meeting held on 3rd September 2024. (‘intimation’), Cipla has informed that in the intimation, the Director Identification Number (‘DIN’) of Abhijit Joshi was inadvertently mentioned as 06568584 instead of the correct DIN 07115673. The company informed that the DIN of Abhijit Joshi is 07115673. All other contents of the intimation shall remain unchanged.
