Ricoh India gets nod to amalgamate InfoPrint with itself

Ricoh India has received an approval for the proposed scheme of amalgamation of InfoPrint Solutions India (InfoPrint), (Transferor Company) with Ricoh India, (Transferee Company) as per the procedure established by law. The board at its meeting held on November 10, 2011 has approved for the same.

Ricoh India is a 73.6% owned subsidiary of Japan-based -- Ricoh Co. Ricoh India has a nationwide presence through 19 branch offices and over 256 dealers.
