VA Tech Wabag allots equity shares under ESOP

VA Tech Wabag has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 10, 2011, has allotted 5375 equity shares of the company having a face value of Rs 2 each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options granted under the company's ESOP Scheme 2006.
