Total Exports has informed that in terms of approval of board of directors of the company in their meeting held on October 31, 2011, for conversion of Warrants, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 07, 2011, inter alia, allotted 1,96,666 fully paid equity shares to Seengal Capital Advisors on conversion of 1,96,666 warrants.
