Cummins India changes company secretary

Cummins India has informed that Dinesh Castellino, Vice President Legal and company secretary has relocated to Cummins Inc., USA as the Sr. Counsel (Components Group). Consequently, Castellino ceases to be company secretary and compliance officer of the company effective November 11, 2011. In view of the said move, the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on November 10, 2011, has appointed Amit Atre as the company secretary of the company as per the companies act, 1956 and compliance officer effective November 11, 2011.
