Cigniti Technologies has informed that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company was convened on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 9.00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Mode (OAVM) in compliance with the General Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Circulars issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’), and as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder. In this regard, it has enclosed the proceedings as required under Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule - III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’).
