Hindustan Unilever has informed that the Closure of the Trading Window pursuant to the Share Dealing Code of the Company (‘the Code’) for the quarter ending 30th September, 2024 shall commence from 15th September, 2024 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2024, become generally available information. An intimation to this effect shall be sent to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above-mentioned Code.
