Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, D-Link (India) has informed that the Company has received communication on 12th September 2024, from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) - KFin Technologies, regarding stop transfer registration/ issue of duplicate share certificate in respect of loss of share certificates as details enclosed. The Company shall initiate the process for issuing letter of confirmations in lieu of duplicate share certificates to the shareholders after receipt of requisite documents and completion of necessary formalities in this regard.
