L&T Finance has raised Rs 100 crore through the allotment of 1,00,000 Partly Paid, Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 through private placement basis, to the identified investor on September 13, 2024. Tenor of the said NCDs is 3647 days. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the WDM segment of the National Stock Exchange of India.
