Cubex Tubings gets nod to part-off company’s building at Pondicherry

Cubex Tubings has received an approval to assign / transfer /sell the building of the company at plot no A-12A, Mettupalayam Industrial Estate at Pondicherry and all the structures standing thereon and/or any part or portion thereof along with leasehold land, to Swarnim Metals. The board at its meeting held on November 10, 2011 has approved for the same.

Cubex Tubings (CBL) is engaged in manufacturing of seamless tubes, rods, strips and wires. The company's manufacturing facilities are located at Medak district of Andhra Pradesh and in Mettupalayam, Pondicherry. The products manufactured by company find applications in segments like power sector, medical gases, automotive's, refineries, railways, shipping and general engineering.
