Reliance Industries’ (RIL) telecom arm -- Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) has lost 7.58 lakh customers in July 2024. Following this, the company’s total customer base has decreased to 47.57 crore with market share of 40.68% in terms of wireless subscribers as on July 31, 2024.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
