Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, Quick Heal Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from 1 October, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30 September, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve aforesaid financial results will be intimated separately.
