Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders approved by the Board on 21.07.2023, The company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed with effect from 1st October 2024 to 27th October 2024.
