LTIMindtree has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary by the name ‘LTIMindtree Consulting Brazil’. Pursuant to a registration with the Commercial Registry of Sao Paulo, LTIMindtree Consulting Brazil has been set-up as a wholly-owned subsidiary in the form of limited liability Company with effect from September 26, 2024.

LTIMindtree Consulting Brazil’s general purpose is to provide Information Technology Consulting & Digital Solutions services including IT enabled services, outsourcing support and allied services to customers.
