LTIM/SE/STAT/2024-25/47 dated July 17, 2024, wherein the company had informed that the Board of Directors have accorded their approval to setup an entity by way of a wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil, LTIMindtree has informed that, the aforementioned subsidiary by the name ‘LTIMindtree Consulting Brazil Ltda.’, a limited liability company has been incorporated with effect from September 26, 2024. The details as required pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is mentioned in Annexure A.
