Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Policy on Prohibition of Insider Trading, Affle (India) has informed that the Trading Window for buying/selling/dealing/trading/pledging in the shares of the company shall remain closed from October 1, 2024 till 48 hours post the date of declaration of financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024, for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives. All the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to buy/sell/deal/trade/pledge in the shares of the Company during Trading Window Closure period.
