3i Infotech receives approval for merger of its wholly owned subsidiary

3i Infotech has received approval from the High Court of Judicature at Bombay to merge Fineng Solutions, company’s wholly owned subsidiary with itself on October 14, 2011. The merger is effective from November 10, 2011.

3i Infotech provides software products and IT services for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI); Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution and Government verticals. It has introduced various IT products like PREMIA, KASTLE, AMLOCK, Tradis, MFund, C-matis, Xroadz, DataFlo, Quantis, Telesto, DataScan.online and CRx.
