Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (‘NRC’)/ Compensation Committee, in its meeting held on Friday, October 04, 2024 has approved granting of 44,161 Options to Eligible Employees of the Company under the Zaggle ESOP 2022. The company has enclosed the details as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A.
