Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has informed that Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories SA, Switzerland, (‘DRSA’) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Denmark, named ‘Dr. Reddy's Denmark ApS’ on October 4, 2024. Accordingly, Dr. Reddy's Denmark ApS is a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with respect to the above incorporation of a step down wholly-owned subsidiary is given in Annexure enclosed.
