Jsw Steel has informed that in reference to the letter dated September 26, 2024, whereby it had intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Friday, 25th October 2024, to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company proposes to hold a Conference Call with Analysts on 25th October 2024 at 06.00 pm IST.
