Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations and based on intimation received from Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’), Link Intime India, Hindalco Industries has informed that the share certificates have been loss/misplaced and requests have been received for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of the original, as details enclosed. The Company has received information from RTA about the same on October 19, 2024. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform accordingly.
