Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JV) with Indoport Logistics namely ‘Smartport City’ (SCL) on October 22, 2024.

SCL is incorporated for the purpose of engaging in the business of design, development, operation and maintenance of airport cargo Infrastructure including integrated warehousing and warehouse management.  Adani Airport Holdings hold 74% share capital of SCL.
