Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have acquired an additional stake in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) through open market purchases. The overseas investors have acquired 226,627 shares of the company during recently concluded quarter. Post-acquisition, FIIs' combined holdings in the company has increased to 14.17% in June quarter from 13.84% at the end of March quarter.

Meanwhile, Smallcap World Fund Inc has bought 29,584 shares of the company on July 5, through open market on BSE and NSE. Following this, Smallcap World Fund Inc holding in the company increased to 5.008% from 4.964% earlier.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, a well known jewellery retailer in India, is primarily engaged in selling gold and diamond-studded jewellery.
