Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Innovative Retail Concepts and Supermarket Grocery Supplies. The company would provide Innovative Retail Concepts and Supermarket Grocery Supplies the Zaggle Petty cash management solutions. The agreement will continue to be in force for 3 years unless terminated in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
