In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular bearing ref. no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Persistent Systems has informed that the necessary customary closing conditions with respect to the acquisition of Arrka Infosec, a private limited company incorporated in Pune, India have been met on October 28, 2024. Consequently, Arrka Infosec has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Persistent Systems effective from October 28, 2024.
