FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on June 3, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs on Friday were net buyers in equities and in debt segment also, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1791.20 crore against gross sell of Rs 1640.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 150.80 in equities on June 3, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 695.50 crore with gross sales of Rs 154.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 541.30 crore in debt on June 3, 2011.
