With reference to its letter dated 25th October, 2024. In terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, UltraTech Cement has informed that the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 7 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure - I attached based on information received from the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent on 12th November, 2024. For the remaining 9 shareholders, the duplicate procedure has been completed and upon completion of further requests, the letter of confirmation will be issued.
