Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises has executed a Share Transfer Agreement to divest its entire stake in Sirius Digitech International (SDIL) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Upon completion of transfer of shares, SDIL will cease to be a subsidiary of the company. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 45,400. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal is November 30, 2024. 

Sirius Digitech was incorporated on January 18, 2024 at Abu Dhabi, UAE as 49:51 joint venture between Adani Global, Mauritius, a wholly owned subsidiary of Company and Sirius International Holding.
