Expleo Solutions has received approval for the incorporation of new Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company in Saudi Arabia. The WOS company is Incorporated to provide Information Technology Enabled Services with the objective to address the requirements of the clients. The Board at its meeting held on November 14, 2024, considered and approved the same.
