The Meeting of the Committee which allotted the Shares ended at 11:20 am. Consequently, with effect from 15th November, 2024, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to ? 1251,08,11,851 divided into 1251,08,11,851 Ordinary Shares of ? 1 each.
