Power Grid Corporation Of India has informed that the tenure of Chetan Bansilal Kankariya (DIN: 09402860) and Ram Naresh Tiwari (DIN: 09405377), the Independent Directors, has completed on 14th November, 2024 in terms of the respective orders of Ministry of Power dated 15th November, 2021. Upon completion of the said tenure, Chetan Bansilal Kankariya and Ram Naresh Tiwari cease to be Independent Directors on the Board of POWERGRID from the said date.
